Gamestop Customer Service Complaints

I've been a gamestop customer for a very long time, which doesn't matter to them, and a gamer since the atari 2600 came out.

Gamestop customer service complaints. Can't return games from a bundle because their system doesn't recognize the games by themselves! Our customer service phone line is open from 08:00 to 16:30 monday to thursday and 08:00 to 16:00 on friday. Not helpful at all and ultimately left with a game my nephew can't use on his system.

That's something i cannot confirm as of yet, but will be watching for as i plan to refuse my shipment. 4 reviews of gamestop everytime i have gone to this location the customer service reps have been super friendly and helpful. In fact, complaints across the internet cite rude and uncooperative customer support.
