Letter grade scale elementary school. Final grade reports will be available on powerschool. Fcps has two approved grading scales, the 4 point scale and the 100 point scale. In ontario, though, it normally only includes grade 7 and 8.

Outcomes for the course or subject and grade. Teachers use a rating scale instead of letter grades or percentage marks. For example, a grading scale might say that a percentage grade from 91% to 100% is the equivalent of the letter grade a.

College courses will have four (4) points added to the average in powerschool after grades are converted to the hcde grade scale. Teachers will use their professional judgement to interpret the evidence and then will assign a letter grade or percentage mark. (for example, a b in a regular class would be a 3.0, but in honors or ap class it would become a b+, or 3.33).
